Located on the 2nd floor of Building 2 of "Osaki New City" in front of JR Osaki Station. Besides holding special exhibitions introducing artists connected to Shinagawa City, this art museum can be used as a place for art appreciation and for presenting works. It was named O Museum to represent the initial "O" of Osaki (OHSAKI) and the loop of the Yamanote Line.
