The cleanest ramen shop that I had been to! There's a line even before the store opens. Most people opt to have abura ramen. I tried the normal ramen. It is quite good and filling. The price is reasonable too.

Hatanodai most famous ramen shop! Note: To eat the best ramen you need to wait up in line for at least 15-20min. But trust me wait is worth it. I choose this ( チャーシューあぶらめん )char siu oil ramen. It’s so delicious can’t describe. 💯recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing abura-ramen that almost always has a line (usually 10-20 minutes, but can sometimes stretch to 50-60 minutes)

It's about a 2.3-minute walk from Hatanodai Station! I arrived 15 minutes before Saturday lunch service opened, but a line had already formed, and I waited 90 minutes from there. I left around 13:00, and there was still a constant line. Inside there are only about 10 counter seats, and I don't think turnover is particularly fast. It's a popular place, so you should go prepared to queue! The marutoku aburamen came with a free small rice during lunchtime only! You can choose the noodle portion from small to large! Free toppings are garlic and chopped onion, and you can adjust the amounts too! You tell them verbally when handing over your meal ticket. It was outstanding when mixed thoroughly so the egg yolk and sauce coated the noodles! The garlic and onion added a great accent, and I enjoyed it to the end without getting bored! The char siu is seared before serving, giving it a faint charcoal flavor, and that was delicious too! There is hardly any heat, and the oil doesn't feel especially heavy, so I think even people who don't normally eat abura soba would enjoy it! After finishing all the noodles, adding the complimentary rice and mixing it well with the remaining sauce and toppings was also fantastic! The staff's service was good too, so I could comfortably enjoy my meal! I'd like to come again!
