Very nice little Japanese Italian, pizza was excellent as was the carbonara

It's a medium-sized place with about 6 counter seats and about 5 tables. It's an Italian restaurant; I came in for lunch and had the omurice, which was really good. At lunch it seems you can order pasta or omurice from a daily? menu, but the Napolitan on the menu also caught my eye. Comes with a drink and salad. The omurice was amazing with both the tomato sauce and the garlic butter. The egg was the kind that's runny inside when you cut it. Large portions of pasta and omurice are free. The omurice seems a little small, so if you're a big eater, I recommend getting the large. I'd love to come back. Note that payment is cash only.

Came for lunch!! We went in right at opening and ordered from the lunch menu the mozzarella and basil sauce omurice and the mushroom garlic butter soy sauce omurice. Both had runny eggs and were really delicious. The coffee was also good, so I wondered if they're particular about it? All the staff were kind and the service was lovely I want to keep coming back! Please take care of yourselves as you run the restaurant.

Went for lunch on a holiday. The recommended omurice is the runny-egg version. The pizza was also really good. It's Japanese-style Italian, so the seasoning is gentle. At lunchtime it was popular, with customers constantly coming and going, from regulars to what looked like first-timers who'd come to Togoshi Ginza to eat their way around, though not to the point of a line. It was delicious.

I've posted the whole menu in the photos. The tomato in the omurice is fruity, and the basil gives it a sharp kick. The butter rice inside also has a really good flavor. The spare ribs are also an unusual teriyaki-style type. Overall it's good, but there are these issues: ・Bad customer service attitude ・Sloppy service and cleaning by a young male staff member (so sloppy I wondered if he's the manager's son? or younger brother?) ・Food doesn't come until 30 minutes after ordering I think the staff's efficiency and attitude are things that can be fixed right away, so it might be better to fix them soon. The food was delicious, so it'd be best if they could improve their efficiency too.
