The food was delicious, but the portions were truly minuscule and the service a tad sloppy. Their menu is fun and delicious, though.

View on GoogleWe got in without waiting at lunchtime on a weekday. The kids' chair was something like a Bumbo attached to a chair. The hamburger meat was juicy, and all of them were delicious. The kids' burger was small, and even my 2-year-10-month-old son seemed to find it insufficient. The fries were light in a bad way, and I wished they tasted a little better. There were lots of menu items I was curious about, so I'll visit again.
View on GoogleAccess is good since it's almost directly connected to Oimachi Station, and with shops and a movie theater nearby, TRACKS was bustling! Reservations are essential on Saturday and Sunday evenings. The interior was stylish and spacious, and comfortable to spend time in✨️ Unfortunately, the staff didn't look around the restaurant very often and had trouble noticing us, so ordering was a little difficult each time. The hamburger had carrot râpée in it, so it wasn't a classic flavor, but it seemed like a flavor women would enjoy🍔 I like hamburgers and eat them fairly often, but personally I didn't think it was exceptionally delicious! (That's a matter of taste) The tacos were open-style and easy to share. There's a wide selection of drinks, particularly alcohol, so people who enjoy drinking would probably be very satisfied! There were plenty of desserts too, and the pumpkin pudding was delicious with its rich caramel sauce🎃
View on GoogleThe man who mainly assisted us was very kind, but when I called over a female staff member to place an additional order, she refused with, "Huh? You're ordering?", which was a bit… Customers don't know whether specific staff are assigned to them, and since our initial order was taken verbally, I think it's strange to refuse an additional verbal order. I don't know his name, but the service from the middle-aged man who proactively assisted waiting customers at lunchtime was wonderful. Having someone so calm at a new location is reassuring. Apparently the hamburger portion was a little insufficient for men, and the flavor was rather mild too.
