I ranked the patisserie I bought according to personal preference. 1️⃣Tart Citron Earl Grey: I like the interesting combination of early grey and lemon curd within the tart. The crunchy tart skin was also tasty 2️⃣Frasier Pistache: Must try for someone who loves Pistachio. The overall flavor is quite balance and smooth. The mussy texture of pistachio cream matched quite well with the strawberry 3️⃣Mille-feuille aux fraises: I like the almond crunches on the top. However the structure makes it slightly difficult to eat. I need to finish it like how I eat hamburger. 4️⃣Mont blanc: The biggest reason of coming to this shop is mont blanc, but surprisingly it is not my favorite type of Mont Blanc. The chestnut cream is quite dense in a good way. I always buy Mont blanc whenever I go to any new patisserie, so there are some personal bias in this category. 5️⃣Cremet d’ Anjou: Someone who loves cheesecake would like this one. I am a alright cheesecake fan, so I ranked it 5th place.

High-end pastry shop with a wide range of desserts and small items. It is a bit pricy but it's because the quality is there. I've tried the Merigue-Citron, which was a delight. I'll definitely come again to try the Mt Blanc and some others.

I visited around 14:00 on a weekday. I got in without waiting, and all varieties of cake were available. Every cake looked beautiful and was made up of several components. The flavors were balanced rather than sharp, and delicious. Apart from the Tréfié and Mont Blanc, all the cakes tasted quite sweet to me. I think this place is perfect for people who like cakes with a rich sweetness.
