Sometimes, you simply need a place to observe the world passing by, and here it is. I particularly enjoyed the rose-carved ice cube.

Great spot to listen to old records on a nice set of JBL's. Pretty much right on front of the station.

A bar 1 minute on foot from Oimachi Station. Inside there's a counter, sofas, and tables, and music plays at just the right volume; the lovely space and the drinks kept the conversation flowing. The oshibori had a citrus scent, the ice in the drinks was flower-shaped, and the hand soap in the restroom was Aesop with a lovely scent — it felt like a refined space. The staff were very friendly to chat with, so I think you can enjoy it even alone. The drink prices are also relatively reasonable compared to other bars near the station.

A café & bar with a nice atmosphere. During the day it's quiet and easy to use as a café or co-working spot, and at night it seems to turn into a bar where you can enjoy music. This time I used it during the day for co-working; it was quiet, and I could look out at the station from the window, so I could work in an open atmosphere. Next time I'd like to go at night to enjoy music and drinks. Being able to choose from 3 kinds of aroma oshibori is also a small but nice touch. Inside there were about 8 bar counter seats, about 8 counter seats along the window, 5 or 6 sofa seats, and about 8 table seats. A prime location about 1 minute on foot from JR Oimachi Station. You can see the letters "E-LOUNGE" from outside, so even though it's on the upper part of the building, it stands out.

Visited on a Sunday evening. No other customers, so I quietly enjoyed the music. As the sun went down, it was enveloped in a grown-up bar atmosphere, and the drinks tasted exceptional. The records are mostly songs that were popular in the '80s, a delightful collection for me, since I spent my youth in that era. After 4 PM, drink prices become significantly cheaper. However, there's a cover charge for alcohol orders.
