Foreigner from the US. Went to this Domino's sometime after 10 pm even though they had low reviews, as it seemed they were all issues with delivery times (which makes sense considering the area and probably all of the issues brought on by covid). Couldn't be happier. I can't speak Japanese, but all 3 of the younger staff were friendly and accommodating: very patiently communicating with us. Got a half-half pizza. Delicious. Better than the specialty shops at home. Went back the next night as well. It's takeout only.

Called multiple times after my order was 1 hour late (with no sort of notification) and the phone rang but no one was picking up. Finally picked up after 2+ hours and they told me they couldn't deliver and just canceled the order, even though it is 9pm and the store is still open until midnight.

Embarrassing as a former Domino's employee. Ordered a large size but it was only cut into 10 pieces lol. The cuts are uneven. The dough is undercooked! There are pieces without toppings. Frankly, it's out of the question. What are the manager or Amit doing?
