Dedicated staff
View on GoogleTheir delivery reputation seemed really bad, so I ordered for pickup♪ The staff's attitude in the store was good, the pizza was ready on time, and I have no particular complaints! The pizza was delicious as always✨🍕 But they were rushing around like crazy inside, so I think they're running at full capacity! The delivery also looked like one person was covering several homes at once, so at this time of year maybe it can't be helped if delivery doesn't arrive on time! If possible, it would be nice for us to be considerate enough to have the payment ready and wait for them♪
View on GoogleI ordered through Uber, but it arrived with a completely different crust from the one I selected, and on top of that the pizza itself was so stone cold I wondered if they'd kept it in the fridge. Better not to buy from this store.
View on GoogleTasty, fast, cheap. My favorite of the big 3. Pizza-La is expensive and takes over an hour after ordering. I don't like the taste of Pizza Hut's cheese. I think Domino's Pizza is the most consistent, with reasonable taste and prices. I buy when they're running cheap campaigns, and as long as I avoid times when they're too busy, they deliver it warm with no problems. Personally, I really like it.
View on GoogleI came to pick up an order I'd placed online for in-store pickup. I arrived at the very latest point of the estimated ready time, but it wasn't ready at all. They're probably swamped, so fine, I'll let that go, but when I walked in nobody even looked my way, and no one said irasshaimase. After a while, a man who seemed like the manager said something like "someone go deal with that," and only then did someone finally come. If the kitchen were tucked away in the back and completely out of sight, it couldn't be helped. But it's an open kitchen, so my impression is that this is just not OK. Why do they have an open kitchen? Even I, who doesn't work there, know the CEO's intention, and they're completely ignoring it; I can almost respect that kind of nerve. Only the pink-haired delivery guy treated me politely, so I didn't give service 1 star, but if it weren't for him it would be an absolute 1 star.
