This is the Jiro-inspired ramen shop in Gotanda closest to the station. The interior has a stylish exposed-concrete look, with table seating as well as a counter, and groups of office workers seem to use it often. Besides the basic soy sauce ramen, there are various types, including unusual options such as tomato. You can't specify toppings, and requests such as extra vegetables or firmer noodles aren't accepted. As for the flavor, I think it's among the stronger ones for Jiro-inspired ramen. Simply put, it's salty. The vegetables are mainly bean sprouts, the noodles are firm, and the pork feels like an extra—that's the general impression. I can't really recommend it to people who simply want Jiro-style ramen. That said, the various seasonings are interesting, and the stylish interior makes it easy to walk in. It might be a good recommendation for group meals or when dining with women.
