[November 2025, visited] Stopped by Nishikoyama today. I intended to visit a shop I'd been curious about, but unfortunately, it was full today. I returned to the front of the station and was drawn into this place. The 2nd-floor interior has an L-shaped counter for about 10 people and a small raised seating area with 3 tables for 8, and I grabbed a spot at the counter. The clientele consisted mostly of friendly middle-aged men who might have looked a bit mischievous in their youth. Today, I just had a light meal with a "Red Label medium bottle." Since there was a happy hour until 8 PM, the total for food and drink was 2,900 yen, which was quite affordable. My favorite yakitori were the large "White Liver" and the "3-color Sasami" topped with plum, yuzu kosho, and wasabi. Among the many dishes using complicated kanji, the individual items I ordered were small portions, and while this size wasn't 'mischievous,' the taste was more refined than I expected. I think this is a shop in front of the station that you can enjoy casually. ■Food eaten ・Yakitori White Liver 250 yen ・Yakitori 3-color Sasami 200 yen ・Yakitori Gizzard 200 yen ・Maitake and Garland Chrysanthemum in Sudachi broth 600 yen ・Fried Taro 700 yen ・Pork belly and radish wrapped in spinach with dashi sauce 600 yen ■Drinks consumed ・Red Label medium bottle 700 yen
