Extremely good and authentic Southern Chinese food! The owners are very hospitable and speak Chinese in addition to Japanese. The gyoza is closer to traditional Chinese-style than typical ones found in Japanese chains. I especially liked the stir-fried bok choy and mushrooms. Definitely a hidden neighbourhood gem!

Arrived around 12:50 on a weekday. There was 1 customer already there. I ordered the standalone garlic chive and bean sprout noodles for 850円. It arrived without much of a wait. Simply delicious. You can get a lunch set for 990円, but I can't eat that much. PayPay was accepted.

A Chinese restaurant right near Ebara-Nakanobu Station on the Ikegami Line. I had something to do nearby and happened to pass by, so I stopped in. I think it's easy to visit either alone or with a group. I ordered the liver and garlic chive stir-fry set meal and enjoyed it.

A neighborhood Chinese restaurant on Nakanobu Skip Road. The garlic chive and bean sprout ramen set comes with mini fried rice and almond pudding for 990円. It's a simple dish of ramen topped with stir-fried garlic chives, bean sprouts, and minced meat. It has a deliciousness you won't find at ramen specialty shops.

A 30-second walk from Ebara-Nakanobu Station. At first glance it looks like a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, but you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine here. On the 1st floor there are 3 booths for 6 people and 3 tables for 4 people. On the 2nd floor there is enough seating to hold a banquet. The lady runs the dining room, and it seems almost all the cooking is done by one person, so dishes can sometimes take a little time. First, I'd order gyoza and wash them down with an ice-cold draft beer. If you want to fill your stomach, I recommend crispy noodles with beef and green peppers, gomoku yakisoba, Tenshin rice with thick sauce, and shrimp fried rice. For individual dishes, mapo tofu, shrimp in chili sauce, fried tofu and meat simmered in spicy Sichuan style, and miso-fried eggplant are must-haves. There are plenty of set meals too. You're sure to find something you want to eat. Close to the station and loved by locals. A place I'd like to visit for lunch or after work.
