Was clear on only ordering one of the big multi-dishes of food in English translated through Google translate. They said that it would feed 4. They put in 4 orders (1 dish of the food would easily feed 4) we couldn’t finish it all and they charged us for all of it even after explaining the problem. Even with the mistranslation from English this was an absurd amount of food and I feel taken advantage of as a tourist

Not many neighborhood Chinese restaurants serve a 酢豚 set meal, so I made my first visit to this place I'd been curious about 👍 There was a group of families attending an elementary school entrance ceremony, and things were so busy that their daughter was helping out on her day off. With 3 people rushed off their feet handling the kitchen, serving, and the register, the daughter worked hard at serving and the register with a smile. It had been a while since I'd had 酢豚, and it was delicious with a generous portion, so I was satisfied. It's a place I'd like to visit again. In Kansai, 酢豚 and pork tempura are standard, but you don't seem to see them at neighborhood places in Kanto~

I stopped by around 12:40 on a rainy weekday. There were about 6 customers already, so it wasn't busy. I ordered my usual lunchtime choice, the ニラレバ set meal. The set includes rice, pickles, soup, almond pudding, and the main dish. I dug into the ニラレバ straight away. The bean sprouts were crisp with a lovely bite, and the liver was cooked just right, tender and releasing savory flavor as I chewed. Delicious! At some places the sprouts are limp or the liver is tough from overcooking, but 珍味園's version was very much to my taste. Of course I finished everything. Thank you for the meal.
