Their mushroom and shrimp pasta was delicious. The pasta was cooked to al dente perfection, providing just the right amount of bite. The mushrooms, with their rich, umami taste, complemented the sweetness of the tender shrimp, creating a harmonious balance on the palate. The sauce, lightly creamy with hints of garlic and herbs, tied the dish together without overpowering the each ingredients😍

Got japanese style cream pasta. Perfection! First off, the sauce here blends really well with the toppings and pasta (perfectly al dente btw). I've tasted many a pasta at other places where the sauce clashes with the entire dish. But here, it's perfect. Judging by how it's packed right now I'm sure many people agree. Happy I came here

A hideaway in Gotanda where the pasta is way too good! This place is sooooo good. Suuuuuper recommended. I've been back so many times already. ① Choose ingredients A or B ② Choose a sauce That's how you pick, but there are 26 sauces, so that's 52 combos?!? You can order the pasta you like depending on your mood that day. There's also a standard menu, which is great too. You can adjust the portion, and at lunchtime you can add sides like salad, soup, or karaage! Maaaaan this place is seriously tasty🤤 Here's what I've ordered so far▼ From the standard menu ・Napolitan: 880 ・Winter-limited oyster and mushroom pasta with aurora sauce: 980 And also ・A + whole-grain mustard soy sauce: 900 Seriously, every single one is really delicious. It's fresh pasta, so first off the noodles are great. Nice al dente. Like, a really nice al dente. Chewy but properly firm (love it) My personal favorite was the oyster and mushroom pasta with aurora sauce. Are you a genius❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Loaded with big chunks of oyster, and the slightly melted mozzarella is irresistible. Salty bacon with aurora sauce. Geniuuuuuuus This might be my favorite pasta here. I recommend it to death. I don't think anyone goes to Gotanda on purpose, but if you go to Gotanda, everyone absolutely must eat this, ok. 🍽★★★★★ ☻Visited: November 2021

It's near Gotanda Station, down the alley next to 「そのだ」. I visited at lunchtime on a Saturday. Luckily a table was free. You choose toppings A (bacon and eggplant) or B (shrimp and cabbage), then decide on the sauce and portion size. I paired A with lemon cream sauce and went for a large portion. I also added a mini salad & mini soup, and chorizo. The salad is mini but the dressing is tasty. The soup has vegetables in it and somehow tastes nostalgic. The chorizo is spicy and seems like it'd go great with beer. Since it's fresh pasta, the food came out without much of a wait. The chewy noodles are delicious. The moderately salted sauce never gets old. The TV overhead was showing MLB. There's a good variety of drinking snacks too, so next time I'll come at night. As of now, it beats ロマー○, ポ○コ, プ○ネット, VICI○O, and others — I'd call it the best pasta place in Gotanda. Thanks for the meal.
