あげ福Agefuku
Tiny, vibrant joint whipping up chicken & pork katsu, plus loco moco using premium wagyu beef.
Our head chef learned meat selection, purchasing, and butchery at “meat wholesaler ヤザワミート” and knows meat inside out. He serves the universally loved dish “tonkatsu” with an uncompromising commitment to meat quality, freshness, and cooking. One bite of freshly fried tonkatsu fills your mouth with the light texture of the coating, the meat’s savory flavor and tenderness, and the sweetness of its fat. We use branded pork carefully selected by ヤザワミート. Its balance of lean meat and fat is excellent, and slow cooking at a low temperature makes it juicy and tender while bringing out the meat’s natural flavor to the fullest. In addition to the classic tonkatsu sauce, our sauces include homemade gi…

I love tonkatsu so when my friend told me he is brining me to the best place he knows after 10 years of living in Tokyo - I just have to try it. This is nested in a quiet residential area , away from the shopping and busy area. The tonkatsu is so juicy and tender with a light touch of pink in the center. It was great ! The fried prawn was also so good that I ordered a second! Overall it is very good!
View on GoogleI visited Tonkatsu Agefuku and ordered their signature pork cutlet set meal (Tonkatsu Teishoku). It was absolutely delicious! The pork was incredibly tender and juicy, with a perfectly light, crispy golden breading that wasn’t greasy at all. The entire set—including the rice, shredded cabbage, and miso soup—was high quality and well-balanced. Definitely a top-tier tonkatsu experience in Tokyo. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleIt was good overall, but I wish I had just ordered the pork instead of the mixed set. The pork was the highlight for me. It was juicy, tender, and had that perfect crispy coating. The mixed set was still decent, but it felt like the pork stood out more than the other items.
View on GoogleFood is overpriced. Pork tonkatsu set is around 3500 yens. The piece of pork is very fat. All order is freshly made and the oil is good quality.
View on GoogleOne of my favorite and most memorable meals in Tokyo, i told them that i don’t eat pork and they were very accommodating and replaced it. The food was delicious and freshly made, the sauce was amazing and the service was a 10! Prices were very reasonable for the quality too!
