Sorry, but the taste is really bad I’m sorry but this is absolutely THE WORST restaurant I’ve been to, the photos you see on this page that are flattering are probably all fake. It was so bad that we almost wanted to ask for a refund when leaving. I reserved seats for two and when we arrived the lady was acting in a weird way asking if we made reservations (but there was barefoot anyone in the store), and then we were handled over to a man waiter who took our order. We ordered the standard set (¥3700 something) and was served with very very fatty pieces of meat which was not fresh in any way. So we also ordered other cuts of pork, beef and chicken. Every kind of pork was super fatty it was like eating oil; the beef was also very fatty, and then the steak was THICK cut and barely able to cook, the texture was like chewing gum and had a horrible taste; the chicken was not fresh at all and was soaked in blood and marinate, which also had a very bad taste. We did try to finish everything we ordered but it just wasn’t fresh that we both had diarrhea that night. Even the drink machine was not in good condition, splashes and dirty spots can be seen from the part where the drinks come out, not to mention the bottom. Customer service needs improvement can be changed, but the food was just awful. We were very spend so much money on something that was definitely not worth the price and not even really eatable. The best things was edamame, that’s really all for that day. And the barbecue net needs thorough cleaning, we had char marks as soon as we placed the meat over the fire.
View on GoogleWonderful atmosphere so full of fun We were hosted by Naim and the rest of the crew and had a great time here with the plethora of food choices and drinks free flow.
View on GoogleAs soon as my friend and I walked into the restaurant, we were met with a sticky floor and an unwelcoming atmosphere. The lights were dimmed and the worker that sat us down didn't seem like he was there to help. Despite the bad start, we still wanted to give it a try. Bad idea. We were served by Naim, who couldn't express himself well in english, and he didn't seem too helpful about the menu, especially because it was only in Japanese. Their menu is on a QR Code, which is standard nowaday, but the online menu provided absolutely no pictures. The fact that everything is in Japanese, added to the fact that there's no picture, makes everything harder with the ordering process. Despite the high price, the meat was very tasteless and not special at all. The "premium" meat, which was supposed to be Wagyu, was nothing but fatty pieces with barely to no meat. The placement of the grill also made it very difficult to eat as the oil and fat were splattering everywhere. The kimchi served tasted as if someone accidentally spilled some beer inside. The lettuce was also never refilled. No napkins were provided on the table and they never came to check up on us. They also never offered to change the grill although it left scorch marks on the meat. My friend and I couldn't handle it anymore so we just paid and left. Thank you to Yu, the waiter that made us pay, very kind and was working hard compared to Naim. TLDR : Bad service by Naim, overpriced for tasteless meat and unwelcoming atmosphere.
View on GoogleProbably the worst yakiniku experience ever. The ventilation was super bad and my eyes couldn't open after 20 minutes. They don't bring you the orders you placed and make you wait a long time for the expensive items. The waiters don't speak much English and there is no English menu. The whole experience was difficult and the food is not worth it. You are better off going elsewhere where they honor the all you can eat policy.
View on GoogleThe place is clean and nice. Price is very reasonable for the food you get, probably need to improve on the alcohol variety. Food is fantastic and service is excellent. Staff took care of us very well even though we cant speak japanese.
