Farm-to-table, health-conscious dishes are served in this country-style restaurant with a salad bar.

When visiting Ebisu, please try dishes that showcase vegetables' natural flavors, such as bagna cauda and salads. We also recommend the spiced kale hot pot and warming kale & lamb shabu-shabu! ◇Great for girls' get-togethers and lunch; the entire restaurant can be booked for 30 to a maximum of 50 guests. ◇All our vegetables are grown on our own farm and used fresh, harvested that very morning. ◇We also sell daily-changing takeaway bento, organic kale salads, and more. When you visit Ebisu, please try a dish that allows you to enjoy the original taste of…

Really great restaurant located in Ebisu with a variety of different dish. All is made with their own production which is a guarantee of quality and freshness and you can taste it on the plate. The food was really well prepared, tasty and good portion. They also have some different beer from vegetables which was really interesting in terms of taste and experience! Staff friendly great place with a good atmosphere!

We visited "We Are The Farm" in Ebisu and each ordered a course menu(party of 2). Price per person with all you can drink was around ¥6,500 yen each. During our dining experience that day, we were a bit surprised that both of our portions were served on a single plate without being asked. While sharing might be common, I believe it’s something that should be confirmed with guests in advance. The food, unfortunately, didn’t stand out, the taste was quite bland, we had high expectations from a place that works with farm to table dining. The staff, while responsive, also seemed a bit down that day. Additionally, we noticed someone in the kitchen using their phone while cooking and handling vegetables without gloves. Knowing how unsanitary phones can be, this personally concerned us. While we recognize the concept and effort behind the restaurant in offering fresh ingredients, the experience on the day we visited didn’t quite meet our expectations, and we didn’t feel the price reflected the quality and service we received.

Seriously delicious and very satisfying. Locally sourced organic food! Got the large assorted roast vegetables - they are not kidding when they say it feeds 4. Also got the grilled chicken and mustard wagyu beef which were fantastic. Be aware you will be expected to order at least one drink - the virgin cocktails were great. Excellent service. Words don’t do it justice, go check out the pictures.

We love this place! We previously went to the Shibuya location but went to this location last night and brought a friend! He loved it, we loved it. We will be back many many times!

Good organic restaurant. I tried one of their lunch menus consisting on a vegetable gratin (it’s vegetarian but not vegan, since it has cheese) plus an açai juice for ¥1,800 and it was delicious. The lunch set comes with a free salad buffet (serve yourself whatever you want as many times as you want) and a free drink. The place has a cozy atmosphere, but it’s not that big, so there’s not a lot of space between tables. Friendly staff. English menu available. You can’t pay by cash, but can pay by card and other cashless options such as PayPay.
