It’s served scalding hot, and there isn’t much flavour or texture.

1/1/25 - 4.5 stars An unassuming little takoyaki stand in the middle of bustling cat street. All made fresh in house and stacked behind resulting in very quick service but still piping hot takoyaki. Takoyaki Flavour: SS, 9/10. Exactly what you'd expect and nothing less. Savoury flour, a bit of octopus and the double sauce combo Texture: SS, 9/10. Crispy outside but soft inside Value: S+, 8.5/10. ¥700 for 8 is not bad

Not the best takoyaki I’ve had, but also not the worst. It was a bit too soft for my liking. The octopus pieces were decent in size, had more bonito flakes for that extra punch. It hits the spot if you’re just after a quick snack, but I’ve definitely had better.

This takoyaki shop was the worst I've ever tried. Both the exterior and filling had a slimy texture, and there was no taste of octopus at all. I was extremely disappointed and felt it was a complete waste of money.

🟧 We were walking around Omotesando on a cool night when we chanced upon this Wara Tako takoyaki kiosk which seems to be kind of popular as there was a queue for it. 🔷️ Being curious, we also queued up for the takoyaki balls. The takoyaki were average tasting. ▪︎ I guess this stand/ kiosk is popular because it is in a very trendy neighbourhood with many locals and tourists strolling about.
