Wagyu Ramen Goku
Enjoy a one-of-a-kind ramen that pairs a paitan soup made from carefully simmered beef bone broth with wagyu chashu. The soup is finished with just the right amount of fat and saltiness so it stays delicious to the last sip. We aim for a clean, relaxing space inside.

A unique ramen experience featuring rich wagyu flavors. The broth was creamy and flavorful, and the thin slices of wagyu beef added a premium touch. I especially enjoyed the spicy version, which had a nice kick without overpowering the soup. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and watching the ramen being prepared right in front of the counter was fun. Prices are a bit higher than typical ramen shops, but the quality of the ingredients helps justify it. Worth trying if you’re looking for something different in Tokyo.
View on GoogleNo queue at 2pm, which was a nice surprise for a Sunday. Ordered from the standard ticket machine and got the Chef’s Special Wagyu Ramen, one regular and one with yuzu. Fun watching one of the chefs prepare the bowls right in front of us. The broth was the highlight: deep umami, not salty at all, and creamy in a way I couldn’t quite place, didn’t feel heavy though. The beef came three ways: a few slices of wagyu, loose bits of smoked beef, and thin beef strings; each with its own texture and flavor, which kept every bite interesting. Garnished with vegetables, onions, egg and a marinated bamboo shoot that added a nice crunch. Finished the whole bowl, broth included. Only nitpick is the noodles which is slightly firmer than I’d like. Small touch that stood out: alongside the usual wet towel and tissues, they give you a dental floss pick, which is such a thoughtful addition after a meat-heavy bowl like this. Would definitely come back.
View on GoogleLoved this place! Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and ordering was quick and easy. We had the Spicy Wagyu Ramen and the Chef's Special Unagi Wagyu Ramen, both were so tasty, and the wagyu in a Ramen was different but worthy!! Definitely recommend if you're in Tokyo!
View on GoogleWagyu Ramen was absolutely worth the visit! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the wagyu was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put a lot of care into every bowl. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. If you’re a ramen lover or just looking for an amazing meal, I highly recommend stopping by. So if you’re ever in the Shibuya area it’s a MUST!!!
View on GoogleI tried Wagyu beef and Wagyu-based ramen for the first time today. It was a unique change of pace, as I’ve previously only stuck to pork broth while in Japan. Because of the high quality of the Wagyu, the broth was a bit oilier than a typical Tonkotsu, but it’s a must-try for any Wagyu fan. The restaurant itself is quite intimate with fewer than 20 seats, making it perfect for a small group.
