I like cafes with a calm atmosphere, and I'm the type of person who doesn't want to queue as much as possible, so I was curious after seeing the 'hidden gem' reviews and went there. A cafe in the back of a clothing store (Chaos), VIBdIN Chaos... is it read Vibdain Chaos? At first it's a bit hard to enter, but once inside, it's a very fashionable and quiet space. It's a pity that this place was empty when I came, even though this place is very beautiful and delicious. Shaved ice with a soft texture, peach sauce that is not too sweet, and the flesh of the fruit are a perfect match. There is vanilla cream and pistachio inside, which is a nice accent and it was really delicious! After I checked later, it turned out to be supervised by Asako Harada, the 'Queen of Shaved Ice', so I understand very well. It seems the limited flavor changes every month, and the mango pineapple I was interested in turned out to be last month...! I regret missing it, but if I can eat this quality without queuing, I am very satisfied. I want to keep coming to look forward to new works every month.

Hidden cafe in Shinjuku. You can enjoy shaved ice and coffee while looking at beautiful clothes. There are no foreigners, and the sound of birds echoing in the store is soothing. Recommended.

Monday around 17:30, there was only one previous customer. I was surprised at how delicious the butter-sautéed fig sauce and miso whipped shaved ice was! I eat shaved ice all year round here and there, but this is a super hidden cafe where you can get this quality shaved ice without waiting. I also want to go eat other types of shaved ice, cafe au lait rum raisin and cheese sauce ice. On Instagram it says until 18:00, but since I asked if it was okay to eat until closing at 19:00, it seems the last order around 18:30 is fine.

A quiet and hidden cafe in Shinjuku. You can take a break while looking at beautiful clothes. Coffee of course, and donuts that can be bought limited to weekends are also delicious.
