This is one of those meals where it's so good you're just smiling the entire time. I got the tomato & cheese ramen and it truly was great. The Hokkaido cheese and tomato worked obviously great together, but the depth of also having the miso ramen flavor truly added an element to bring the entire bowl up a notch. It's order at a touch screen, and has an English option so ordering is quite friendly to everyone
View on GoogleHands down the best ramen I’ve had in my life. The broth is unbelievably rich and full of flavour, the noodles are cooked to absolute perfection, and the egg… honestly the best egg I’ve had anywhere in Japan. Every bite felt comforting and deeply satisfying, like a warm hug in a bowl. Truly unforgettable.
View on GoogleHokkaido Cheese Ramen?!?!! YES!!! This spot is open everyday from 11am until 3am! It probably saved me from a serious hangover as I had started barhopping straight from a 9+ hour flight! Rich and delicious pork, chicken and miso based broth makes the perfect base for the Tokachi Golden Gouda to melt into. I added a side of Super Spicy Takana and my post bar meal was perfect!
View on GoogleThis is a rich, punchy bowl made for cheese fans. The broth is bold and unapologetic, the noodles are way better than expected, and it’s got enough depth to keep things interesting. Just don’t expect much from the toppings unless you start adding on. Full review on my blog
View on GoogleCheese ramen is a delicious unique dish. Especially as the cheese melts into the broth you’re left with a super silky broth that coats the noodles.
