Tried Tousoba and overall it was a nice, hearty bowl of ramen. The soup was yummy and satisfying, and it’s definitely better than most ramen I’ve had in Singapore. Another plus is that there was no queue, so it’s a convenient option if you’re nearby and want something filling. That said, I personally wouldn’t come back specifically for this. The pork had a slight “porky” taste to me and wasn’t the softest or best chashu I’ve had in Japan. I’ve definitely had better ramen elsewhere in Japan, but this was still a decent meal. Good for a quick, comforting bowl if you’re in the area, but not a must-visit for me.
View on GoogleAmazing food the noodles were bouncy and full of flavor the broth was rich but not overwhelming. And the man running the show was very nice! Truly amazing food!
View on GoogleWe ordered two ramen and one Tsukemen, not very thick. Love the chili paste
View on GoogleAmazing broth and the noodles are well up to par. The pork is the only portion that is lacking, which I’m guessing is where some quality is sacrificed for price. Definitely a worthwhile stop for a quick bowl.
View on GoogleTotally unassuming and delicious. A pleasant surprise as we were looking for a restaurant for a quick meal. Love their fresh noodles and their homemade green paste. I highly recommend this place that is no fuss.
