One of the worst Italian trattorias I’ve ever been . The food is terrible and overpriced . Service is super slow and unfriendly . Don’t waist your time ( and money ) and go some other place.
View on Googlethis place is a joke. the service was slow and the food is overpriced. the pasta that I got was not boiled long enough and drippy. also the seafood is far from fresh. It was disgusting.
View on GoogleCame in around 12:00 during weekday lunchtime. The old-fashioned atmosphere is nice! The 1st floor has counter seating only. I ordered Homemade hamburger steak 1000円 It arrived about 7 minutes after ordering. It's quite thick! I cut off a bite-sized piece and popped it in! Yes, delicious! It's not the type that gushes meat juices, but the dense, meaty texture is nice! It was more filling than I expected. With salad and a drink included, this price is very reasonable. Thank you for the meal. ※Payment is cash only.
View on GoogleIf you're on your own, you sit on the 1st floor. Groups of 2 or more are generally directed to the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is run by a clumsy older guy. When he's busy, he clatters things around and gets rough, and he isn't friendly either, so the service certainly isn't praiseworthy. But he's well past 70, so he's not going to change now. Still, once you've been enough times, even that starts to seem endearing. You shouldn't get so worked up over it. A lot of people give low ratings, but this is lunch in 青山 with salad, a main, rice, and coffee, all for 1,000円 including tax. You shouldn't expect too much. The イタリア風ポークカツレツ, 若鶏のモッツァレラ・ハム詰め衣焼き, and so on are perfectly tasty. Even the rice is freshly cooked if you go right after opening (the pasta isn't good, though, lol). Some days the old guy gets so flustered that there are a few oh-dear moments, but depending on what you order, it's worth the price, or actually very good value.
View on GoogleA neighborhood Western-style Japanese restaurant that feels unlike 表参道, in a good way. On a sunny Saturday, the place where we planned to have lunch in 表参道 had a much longer line than expected… Every other place had a line too, and just as we were feeling lost, we happened across this place. I thought this might be a nice way to discover a place, so we deliberately went in without looking anything up. Counter seating on the 1st floor? We were shown to the 2nd floor, a table-seating area more spacious than downstairs, with a slightly historic feel. ○ Alcohol sanitizer was available △ No hand towels. I wanted one because bread crumbs got on my hands. Lots of things looked good, so choosing was hard, but… I was curious about the 「青山メンチカツ」, so I ordered it. 1100円. Some reviews said service was slow, but the salad came out in just a few minutes, and the main arrived a few minutes after that. Fast! (Does it depend on the day?) Very juicy, and the sauce was tasty too. I finished it in no time. The bread was good as well. My mother ordered the popular pasta, バジリコペースト. Apparently she likes it swimming in oil, so she was happy. A matter of taste, I suppose. The オレンジケーキ we ordered separately for dessert tasted decent (perfectly nice), and despite its substantial size, it was 300円. I didn't think you could get dessert for this price in 表参道! The older man at the restaurant frequently comes around to refill your water. Probably because they have so few staff while customers keep arriving, he moves very briskly. Some people might find it a bit rough, though… This place was different from my image of 表参道. But that was what made it good. You can enjoy Western-style Japanese food at reasonable prices, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Don't come expecting 表参道. If you go thinking of it as a neighborhood Western-style Japanese restaurant, I think it's a lovely place.
