Tucked away on the 3rd floor of Shibuya PARCO, Torahebi Coffee was one of the most memorable coffee experiences from my Tokyo trip. This is not your typical café - the concept revolves around unique and carefully crafted coffee blends, many of which are unlike anything I’ve encountered elsewhere What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff took the time to patiently explain the different blends, including their distinctive flavour profiles and the inspiration behind them. For visitors unfamiliar with their offerings, this personal touch makes the experience much more approachable and enjoyable Another pleasant surprise was the generous complimentary samples. Being able to taste several blends before deciding helped me appreciate the differences between them and made the visit feel more like a coffee tasting experience than a regular café stop

A coffee shop with truly outstanding service. The staff are cheerful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about their coffee, taking the time to explain the different beans and brewing methods in detail. The coffee itself is good and well-made, though considering the premium price point, it didn’t feel particularly unique or memorable. The place itself is fairly simple in terms of design and décor, without many standout features. However, the comfortable atmosphere makes it a nice place to stop by and relax after a long day of walking shopping or sightseeing around shibuya.

A great place for coffee lovers! The staff were very welcoming and eager to share their coffee knowledge, making my short visit sweet and memorable. While I sat there, they even brought me free taste tests of two special coffees and some chocolate — the iced banana coffee with oat milk was incredible! Highly recommend:)

This is the perfect coffee lover place to recharge from a busy day of shopping and sightseeing in Shibuya. The staff helped us choosing from their great selection of coffee beans to find the roast that was just right for us. We were so impressed with the quality that we took some home with us. Would definitely stop by again.

The coffee I ordered tasted amazing. They helped me choose it when I arrived; we went with the "Hot Aged Au Lait." It was delicious—I’d say it was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly and even offered a complimentary treat. I definitely recommend it.
