The staff were very lovely. Especially our server who spoke English - I didn’t get her name but she was lovely and very bubbly, really a credit to the restaurant! The food was very nice and reasonably priced too. Some things we really enjoyed, some things not so much, but I think that is to be expected with a traditional Japanese restaurant - it should test your palate! The atmosphere is also impeccable. I would definitely recommend. We booked via our hotel.

Our favorite dinner of the trip. The first time we tried to go they were full for the evening, ended up making a reservation for another night. My husband is vegetarian so having tons of options was so great. The table side tofu is a MUST. The salads were amazingly fresh. We also loved the avocado tofu and the soy potato and Brussels soup and so many other things. If you’re into dessert, the tofu gelato is awesome.

Sorano Shibuya First experience there was in 2014 when I m moved in Tokyo. If you like Tofu or would like to experience many different way to eat Tofu, this is the place I have never been disappointed there. Highly recommend the place. There is a english menu now. In the past it wasn't available so making thing much easier for people who can t read Japanese

This is a must-visit for tofu lovers and anyone interested in all things tofu. The handmade sorano tofu was simply divine, and the silken tofu deep-fried was equally delicious. The tempuras were perfectly crispy. I thoroughly enjoyed every dish here. The ambience and atmosphere are beautiful, soothing, and calming. The service is beyond excellence; the staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming.

Nice tofu restaurant close to Shibuya station! Out of all the dishes we tried, we would definitely recommend ordering the special Sorano tofu, the avocado tofu, and the tofu cheesecake. We sat at the counter and the chairs were really uncomfortable.
