Tharros
Traditional Sardinian dishes featuring imported ingredients in a rustic room hung with fishing nets.
1 minute on foot from Shibuya Station. Sardinia is an island right in the middle of the Mediterranean. Surrounded by sea on all four sides, it has developed its own food culture. It is also known as the “island of longevity.” The origin of the word restaurant means “a place to restore” or “to bring into good condition.” We believe our restaurant's role is to provide delicious food, a relaxing environment, and communication between people. The happiness of gathering around a dining table fills our hearts. We hope to remain a restaurant and bar (a social gathering place for adults) that is easy to enjoy on various occasions. ※Last orders: lunch every day at 14:00, dinner every day at 22:00…

Tasty food and overall an ok experience. Wait staff were courteous though not warm. They don’t check on you throughout your dining experience or maybe they don’t do that in Tokyo. Also be aware there’s a cover charge. Other than these two items I would have given it a five star.
View on GoogleIf you’re in Tokyo, specifically in the Shibuya neighborhood, and looking for an alternative to Japanese cuisine, you simply must visit this wonderful Italian restaurant. Its entrance is quite unique, and the decor —with typical furniture— makes you feel like you’re standing in front of a small Italian terrace. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and invited us to sit wherever we liked. We were served by an excellent waitress who explained the menu very clearly… in Italian! Hard to believe, but true — she had lived in Sardinia and knew a lot about its cuisine and culture. The food was absolutely outstanding. The flavors were so authentic that, for a moment, it truly felt like we were in Italy. Without a doubt, it’s a place worth visiting.
View on GoogleI had super high expectation for this place, but it really disappointed me when I had their extremely fishy pasta. I liked their assorted appetizer plate and good service though. Lunch set doesn’t include drinks, and you have to order at least one drink, so it’s around 3800 yen for this lunch.
View on GoogleSunday night dinner for 4. We had made reservation in advance. Friendly welcome and restaurant was busy at 7pm when we arrived. Nice selection of Sardinian wines and beers, and we had white and red wine with our food. Menu with selection of fish, lamb, beef and vegetable options. Service was attentive and well paced. View on GoogleThe tharros restaurant offers delicious Sardinian cuisine. I would like to compliment everyone, the chefs, the waiters, the owner. Together with a friend, we ate an appetizer accompanied by "pani e casu", spaghetti with bottarga and malloreddus with ragù, then we tasted pecorino with honey and seada with honey. To conclude Caffè e Mirto. They have a lot of sardinian wine a too. It was like being in Sardinia, thank you for this experience ❤️
