The male staff member was rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. While the food itself was not bad, his attitude made the overall experience uncomfortable. Because of this, I do not plan to visit this restaurant again.
View on GoogleFantastic food at fantastic prices. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff. Nice cosy decor. Ask for the full menu (not the lunch menu) as it includes all the best dishes. I don't recall the exact name of the dish, but the beef bone in the spicy broth was so tasty, as was the fried rice in the half pineapple.
View on GoogleExtremely Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not Japanese Hospitality I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Thai restaurant. The staff’s attitude was shockingly rude — one of them even widened his eyes aggressively as if he wanted to start a fight with me. This behavior is completely unacceptable anywhere, especially in a service industry setting. When I raised my concerns to what seemed to be the manager or owner, I expected at least a basic apology. Instead, she dismissed our complaint and started lecturing us about Japanese manners — even though we live in Japan and understand the culture well. Rather than acknowledging the inappropriate behavior of her staff, she doubled down and made the situation worse. This is not omotenashi (Japanese hospitality). This is not the kind of service Japan is known for. It was an extremely bad experience, and I will absolutely never return. I also would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful or professional service.
View on Google19 minute eat time max, no vegetarian food and rude, judgmental waiter telling me to “call ahead” to see if they have vegetarian food. I saw your restaurant from the street, I wasn’t going to call ahead. No vegetarian option in Shibuya is ridiculous
View on GoogleAs a foreigner who really likes the spiciness and who has been to Thailand for 4 times , this restaurant taste really good . It feels like the nearly authentic Thai flavors you can find in Tokyo . Especially the Tom Yum soup & Papaya salad which I would recommend to try . The flavors are really strong , spicy and sour . So I would go again to this place for sure
