It is a small sushi train restaurant one floor lower than ground level but thankfully away from Shibuya crossing so there is no lengthy wait. They were quite quick. Many delicious sushi dishes but mostly sushi’s rather than sashimis. Prices reasonable. Use menu to order their drinks and soups. Free water and matcha hot tea. Prices fairly good. Staff very nice.

Skip the overpriced, hyped-up tourist traps and make a line straight for this counter! Tenkazushi in Dogenzaka is an absolute hidden gem that proves you don’t need high-speed robots, flashy iPads, or hour-long queues to get incredible, high-quality sushi in Shibuya. This place has that raw, authentic, old-school Japanese soul—just a cozy, intimate counter surrounding a classic conveyor belt where you are right in the middle of the action. The experience here hits completely differently than the mass-produced stuff. You get to sit at the bar and watch the chefs hand-press every single piece of sushi right in front of you. The fish-to-rice ratio is honestly elite. They are incredibly generous with their portions, serving up thick, vibrant, and beautifully sliced pieces of fish that taste way more premium than the incredibly budget-friendly price suggests. Every plate is super fresh and expertly made. It is fast, completely unpretentious, and tucked away just enough to escape the massive crowds of the major "Instagram-famous" chains. If you want a legit sushi experience that actually feels like real Tokyo, this is the spot. Do yourself a favor, save this to your map, and head here on your next Shibuya crawl!

Overall pretty good experience. Decent sushi for a really good price. Would recommend if you want a quick bite to eat. Special orders was through pen and paper and came decently fast. Only issue i had was the the lack of air flow. I dont think they had AC so it felt stuffy a little.

Genuinely a once in a lifetime meal. The freshest fish and best sushi I’ve ever eaten!!! If you don’t want to wait or have a group I’d recommend arriving 5mins before opening as it’s very small and first come first serve. Staff were lovely. Very much a locals spot so if you do go, be respectful! They’re running an efficient operation there.

Everything was so fresh and tasty, with big cuts of fish and the rice was perfectly cooked. I loved everything from the conveyer belt. They were constantly adding more so it was always full of fresh options.
