This restaurant was a nightmare to find. The ambience was decent, quiet. No one to service the tables though. Our food came out promptly, but was room temp/somewhat cold. Mine had maybe 2 ounces of meat. The meat was chewy and flavorless. I did get a chili sauce, cheese, and fried garlic which did taste pretty good. I did the combo with soda and fries. No refills on drinks and it’s mostly ice. Fries were well seasoned and crunchy, but definitely the frozen type. Overall, it was an okay meal. If you’re near Shibuya sky and stop by, that’s fine but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. I just didn’t want to wait in any lines for the “viral sandwiches”…but perhaps that would have been better.
View on GoogleI’m quite surprised reading all the negative reviews of this place! I love the meatsand, I thought they gave a pretty generous serving. Meat was tender, juicy, flavorful. The bread was soft and yet crunchy!! The pickles that came with it were pretty dope too. Location was on 1st floor, easy to find. Place was playing hip hop music, awesome vibes
View on GoogleI was concerned to go and try the sandwiches after reading the bad reviews but decided to have my own go. We tried the beef and cheese sandwich and the egg one too. Order came in good time, sandwiches were nice, egg is a cold sandwich and was good. The meat one was good too, melted cheese and warm meat BUT true the meat was chewy. My partner and I were thinking that they should just cut the meat in smaller pieces to have a better experience eating it. We came in around 16:30 so it was quiet. About where it is located, on google map if you read the description it says at the 4th floor. Easy to find once you know how to navigate in Japan but could understand some people struggling to find it.
View on GoogleMeat sandwich that packs a punch only wish the meat was more tender some pieces are really big and chewy. Fried foods are solid but lighter fry with a weird batter. This is located on the 4th floor of a mall and is difficult to find Food: 8.5/10 Value: 8/10 Staff: 9.5/10 Atmosphere: 9/10
View on GoogleI requested well done and they even the well done version was still great! Tried the cheese and the wasabi sandwich and both were delicious.
