Had a wonderful time with my wife at Spring Valley Brewery last Wednesday on the 29th of April (apologies I forgot to write this on the night 😂). We're on our honeymoon from Australia 🇦🇺, and we were very excited to visit Spring Valley Brewing. I love my craft beer and Spring valley didn't disappoint, the variety they have was abundant and I enjoyed sampling their 6 beer flight which was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed their Ales and IPA's, but the Daydream White Ale was my absolute favourite. The food was exceptional as well, the Margherita pizza was solid and the Beef Ragu was divine. A big shoutout to the customer service as well, our Japanese speaking ability is low but they were very accommodating and polite. What I assume was one of the managers (or just great staff) looked after us and made us feel very welcome 🤗. I look forward to visiting again in the future on our next trip to Japan, Spring Valley is a must visit if you're in Tokyo! ❤️🔥
View on GoogleCame here with friends to catch up and we had a really great time. We tried their tapas-style set where you get to sample 7 of their staple craft beers, and it was really good. Each beer had a small pairing and the tapas matched really well with the flavors. The other dishes included in the course were also good and filling enough. The ambiance was really nice, chill but still lively, and the staff were warm, friendly, and had great energy. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was a nice time to visit, not too hectic but still had a good vibe. Overall, it was a really good experience and definitely a place I’d come back to with friends.
View on GoogleWow for both the beers and overall design. It has the modern and warehousing feel like many breweries in Australia for example. The beer id really modern and very drinkable. Had the pale ale and pilsner and even my wife loved it, although she is not a beer fan. Service on Friday evening 6pm was super prompt and professional (English speaking too). I see how this place can fill up quickly, so probably a reservation is needed for later timings. Didn’t try the food but looks good from the menu - however seems to be more Western oriented.
View on GoogleSaw this on an Abroad in Japan video and made it a goal to visit during my first Japan trip. Got the Tapas-pairing course. My god was it amazing. The beer is really seriously good and the pairings with it? Over the moon tasty. I'd gladly come here anytime and most likely will if I go back to Tokyo.
View on GoogleStopped in for a quick lunch and beer and was pleasantly surprised. The beer is much better than most Japanese craft brewers. They have good selection of types to choose from. The service was friendly, fast, and just plain great. I ordered a small pizza which was average for Japan at best. That is why food is a 4 star. I will go back this weekend when I am back in Tokyo
