You’re definitely coming here for some beers and a vibe with friends. The food is pretty average by Tokyo standards, but the servers are trying hard to provide good service and the food comes out hot and fast. I wish I knew what we got from where, but I do love the gyoza and cold beer.

The food here was pretty nice and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff is mostly muti-langual and they help you out with any questions you have. They also gave us some good recommendations of what was nice to eat.

At 8pm on a weekday the place is ram packed with tourists, which is typically a bad sign. We only came here because the highly rated restaurant Tsukishima Monja around the corner had long queues. Food in Japan is consistently good and it’s rare, like in this case, to find an exception. The gyoza were burnt, the soggy chicken salad was drowned in seasoning. There is a lot of choice and not every corner in this long food hall is the same. However, it’s unlikely for food to be prepared with much attention to detail, like the smaller places all over. Avoid if you find a place elsewhere or come for a beer and snack. The atmosphere is quite chill.

Rude service and lack of basic manners. I dined here recently with a friend. While the initial female server was polite, the experience was ruined by a male staff member (photo attached). Without any greeting or saying "Excuse me," he aggressively signaled for us to move our bags into a basket. In the rush to comply with his silent demands, a drink was spilled on our table. Instead of helping or asking if we were okay, he looked impatient and annoyed. He prioritized wiping the table over offering napkins or checking on the customer. We later realized he wanted the seats for new customers, but he never communicated this verbally. I have visited Japan many times and usually admire the hospitality, but this staff member's behavior was unacceptable. To the management: Please train your staff on basic communication and empathy. Pros: Location is central. Cons: Terrible attitude from specific male staff.

Great place to refuel. Fair pricing and the food is good. My portion was so big, I couldn’t even finish it. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Paid by card.
