Staff are very friendly and accommodating, also good in English. Luggage storage is very convenient specially that bus stop to airport is just in front. Definitely recommend for tourists, they also have stamp station. 👍

So calm and clean for waiting to catch your Airport bus. Small bag storage ¥700, large bag storage ¥1000. Having to come and reopen your bag for something you forgot in the middle of the day to put it back into storage will cost an additional ¥500. The people who work here are very friendly and communicate well.

I was hunting for a spot to charge my phone since it was about to die, and being new to this super complicated city, I wasn’t sure where to go. Then I stumbled upon this awesome place! The staff even lent me an adapter to charge my phone—how sweet is that? They also offer other handy services like airport transfers and luggage storage. Huge shoutout to them for being so amazing—keep up the fantastic work! You guys are incredible!

Great service by the bus & service staff! The bus staff helped me show the way to ny stay & service staff Ms Phuong helped to explain the location of the rest of the Shibuya station stamps. So happy to collect more!

I loved the area! I was able to collect 2 stamps and to sit to rest my feet for a bit. I also charged up and was able to get warm!
