FYI: They are located on the 2nd floor. Their first floor has a fruit store, so please go upstairs to sit and eat. It is a super cute cafe with bright colors and overlooks the shibuya crossing partly. They have a rule of at least one item per person. So please plan for this. We ordered the apple, mango, strawberry sandwich and parfait as well as mango juice. Everything was very fresh, cool and deliciously sweet. I was slightly disappointed that the sandwich was made with bread as opposed to cake. The servers speak enough English to get our orders and questions across. They were all nice enough. All in all, we liked this place. You get a nice break from the crowds and bustle below and you can enjoy fruit based desserts too!
View on GoogleIt is highly recommended to make a reservation in advance. The place is very beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant. The service is good and fast. The menu is very appetizing. The taste of the food is very delicious, beautifully prepared, we believe most diners would feel very happy enjoying it. Will definitely come back again to try other beautiful dishes.
View on GoogleThe space is modern, clean, and calm—very much that refined Tokyo feel. The fruit sandwiches are beautifully done—soft, fresh bread layered with lightly sweet cream and perfectly ripe fruit. It’s not heavy or overly sugary, just clean and balanced. The parfait is just as impressive—elegant, refreshing, and focused on highlighting the fruit rather than overpowering it. The staff was kind. It seemed like they primarily spoke Japanese, but they were still very patient and accommodating.
View on GoogleI felt completely scammed. I ordered the Special Fruit Sandwich for 2,300 yen (about $15 USD). The menu photo and description clearly stated that it (only) had strawberry and muscat grape. However, when it arrived, it was filled mostly with pineapple and other inexpensive fruits that tasted canned. This sandwich was priced as a premium item because it supposedly used “Amaou” strawberries, which are known for being large, sweet, and juicy. Instead, the strawberries were very small and extremely sour. They only about the size of the grapes (see photo). I would give this less than one star if that were possible. It genuinely feels like a scam.
View on GoogleThis shop is associated with the fruit store on the group floor. We came on a whim and waited about 15-20 minutes for a table. It is definitely pricey, but honestly, the expensive fancy fruit is part of the experience for us, so I’m not docking any stars for that. The whole experience felt like a throw back to the 1940s or 50s. The parents are beautifully presented and thoughtfully put together. I thought it would be too much for us, but we all ended up finishing each of our orders. I plan to come back on my next visit to Shibuya.
