I ordered a combo and tried to order all of their appetizers on the ipad. The fish/potato salad appetizer was very unpleasant. All other salads were good. Their vegetable combo is abnormal for hot pot. It came with lettuce (not cabbage), julienne carrots and onions.. My lemon sour drink tasted like lemon water. Server barely came around and never told me when items I ordered were out of stock or never coming. They ran out of both sauces by the end of the night - sesame and soy. They forgot to bring the noodles that came with the combo I ordered until the end when I noticed and asked. I would avoid this place, there is much better food for same price point in Shibuya. The only thing I enjoyed were the sliding doors for privacy in the booths to hide my dissatisfaction.

I visited the shop at 15/5 night , the food was fine but the service was bad . There wasn’t many staff and the services relied on the iPad , however , the service was not efficient and so slow. We ordered the service of adding water and taking away the finished plates , but we waited 15 minutes for that and there are only one patient foreign staff whose name Abby was nice and quick . I think the shop needs to hire more staff and train their staff better . BTW Abby was great ! she is so nice and patient! Praise to her!

Very VERY delicious shabushabu. All vegis were fresh, all meats were fresh, and the broth was super tasty. Once you are seated, you order anything you want with tablet, and servers bring them out for you. I was kinda worried because there were few 1 star reviews, but they were mostly from misunderstanding with how to call the waiters or servers. You pretty much do everything with the tablet including calling a server, asking for a water, requesting more broth, etc etc. Just keep those in mind and enjoy your food. Very highly recommended.

Stumbled upon this place on accident, we had the beef buffet, the absolute best, easily the best shabushabu we have had in our life and we have tried a lot around the world. The staff are so friendly, the meat and veges were very high quality

Great place, great food, great music, friendly staff. A bit pricey but worth it. The soy milk broth was fantastic!
