Should have made a reservation online. I walked in on the day, and had to wait for 2 hours. The pasta that we ordered were somewhat alright. The parfait, on the other hand, was excellent

Lined up for opening and went straight to the 3rd floor- used the kiosk to get a number (got number 1) and was called right away even tho we had no reservations. There are no high chairs but they brought my baby a big pillow to sit on and it worked fine! Very nice staff and the food was so cute!

Me and my wife loved this place! Super fun and cool inside. The burgers were good and the drinks were so good! I highly recommend!

Positives- really a good Sanrio, hello kitty and friends environment, if you love them you’ll love this store/cafe Negatives- Waited 15 mins to get seated in a not busy restaurant Food is packet meals and stale. Wife and daughter ordered chicken burger which came with packet Mac n cheese and stale chicken that wasn’t cooked properly. I ordered the egg omelette carbonara which the omelette was ok but the carbonara was straight out of a packet $85 AUD for packet rubbish is just not good enough really If your going to charge that price make real food

This review is for the cafe on 3rd floor, agree with all other reviews, food is terrible especially the burgers. Waited 20 mins outside before opening at 11am on Wednesday, then another 45 min inside! Also pricey 3,000 for burger and garbage coffee. Would avoid unless you really love the characters.
