Sichuan restaurant

★ 4.1526 reviews

Established Sichuan eatery offering specialties such as mapo tofu in a simple, basement-level space.

A long-established Chinese (Sichuan) restaurant founded in 1977 (Showa 52). We have been loved in the town of Harajuku for many years. The reason our food is delicious is that we source carefully selected Sichuan spices and take our time to make our seasonings by hand in the shop. The depth of flavor that other shops cannot imitate is here. We are particular about the balance of flavor, spiciness, and numbing sensation in our dishes, and we are even particular about how we cut the ingredients. Nowadays, this is one of the few individual shops with a craftsman's spirit. Please enjoy our delicious Sichuan cuisine without pretense. We also have many delicious Shaoxing wines and other alcoholic beverages available. It is also recommended for business entertainment, dates, and anniversaries. Private room bookings are also negotiable. We look forward to your visit.

This restaurant serves the most delicious Bang Bang Chicken Cold Noodles. If you can get in without having to wait in line, you're in luck.

This is a small restaurant in the basement level. We were there for dinner time. Food was delicious, we got their famous mapo tofu and the japanese noodles in soy sauce. Portions are big enough to share between two persons. Staff is very nice.

Delicious mapo tofu and good tan tan noodle that needs more of a punch in flavor. Good service despite my lack of Japanese and luckily Mandarin can be used to communicate here.
