Overrated. Mediocre food. Service was the absolute worst. Despite repeatedly explaining that we don’t speak Japanese, both the waiter and the manager continued to intentionally speak in Japanese. It felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily dismissive. Shockingly poor hospitality. Completely overrated and not worth the long wait. They're only polite to Japanese so if you're a tourist or don't speak Japanese, don't bother. I repeat, do not bother to dine here.

We had an amazing dining experience at this Italian restaurant in Tokyo. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. A special mention goes to the sommelier — his English was excellent which really elevated our experience. The food was absolutely exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the customizable cheese platter, which was a highlight of the meal. The pasta dishes were also outstanding — perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Overall, everything was flawless from service to food. Truly a 10/10 experience and highly recommended. Also the arranged birthday cake is very delicious too!!

This is the most romantic restaurant I have ever been to! Food is good and served with care and sincerity, the use of Japanese ingredients and the way they cook surprised my wife and me. Service is of best quality, you can’t be more satisfied with their service. The vibe there was perfect for couples, especially well for any important event. You may also ask for a tour after dinning.

Quite an enjoyable Italian restaurant with a bit of French elements to it. They were able to substitute certain dishes for me as I was a pescatarian.

In short, quality of service is amazing, food Is good, prices is relatively high ( especially about the fine tea drink) a satisfying dinner.
