We ate here yesterday after visiting both the Meiji Jingu shrine and garden. The food was reasonably priced and very delicious. And the service from staff was 10/10 from start to finish, they spoke both Japanese and English, which made ordering easier for someone like myself who is still learning the language
View on GoogleSpacious restaurant with good food and service. Dont miss out on their desserts!
View on GoogleThis is a convenient restaurant during a visit at the parks nearby. The food is good, the people are really very kind and deliver great service. The ambience is heavily friendly which doesn't make it an intimate dining area, but after a walk this is a good place to recharge your batteries. It's a visit for the location over the food.
View on Google💜My favourite meal in Tokyo. 🙏🏻 ---------------------------------------- 🧡 I simply cannot forget this kaiseki 会席 meal that I ate in the middle of a spiritually-filled forest setting at Yoyogi Park (about 10 mins walk from the Meiji-Jinggu shrine). 🤎 It's not just the beautifully-prepared meal made with heart, soul and passion that moved me, it's also the magic in the forest. When I took the first bite of this lunch set, I was moved to tears. 🌿 Imagine entering a serene sanctuary of a forest-shrine area, and a feeling of palpable peace, calmness and security falls upon the visitor, and all feelings of anxiety, discouragement and antagonism are all left behind....and you walk into the forest - to pray and then to have a meal. 🟡 I would never forget this ethereal setting whereby I ate in a tranquil manner and was grateful for the moment. As I savoured each morsel of ingredient, I looked out at the verdant green scenery facing me. ▪ I thanked the kami (gods) of the Meiji-Jinggu shrine there. I told them specifically I would return to Tokyo a second time to pray to them for the blessings I had from them:) 🙏🌸🌿 感恩。 ********************************* 🧡Yoyogi Park - Meiji-Jinggu Shrine restaurant.✅️ 2nd visit. *********************************************** ● The bento set meal at this restaurant at Yoyogi Park is truly scrumptious. It's the first time I have eaten such light and crispy tempura with such fresh and quality ingredients. ❇️ I know when I return to Singapore, it will be extremely hard to find such good quality Japanese food. ✳️ It's the first time my hubby and myself are eating sashimi (small plate). Woah. The raw fish is truly fresh and delicious. No wonder the Japanese likes raw fish. 🩷My mind exploded when savouring the entire meal.
View on GoogleLocated conveniently near the entrance towards Meji Shrine, the restaurant offers a mix of Western and Japanese main courses and desserts. Expect to pay around ¥1500. Vegetarian and Gluten free Menu are also available as well. Overall, it is a good place to conveniently drop by after a morning visit to the shrine to have lunch or coffee break.
