Super high-class Western food with a referral system affiliated with the Kagurazaka Ishikawa group. Because of the location, the 'hideaway' feeling is amazing, and there are private rooms, so it is perfect for secret dates or secret dinners. The food is basically omakase, but they show the ingredients used that day at the beginning, and there is no negligence in terms of production. The cuisine is a combination of Western cuisine and Japanese cuisine, which can be called a super high-class version of 'Yoshoku'. The final meal and dessert could be chosen from several options. The volume of the food is not that much. There is a large selection of wines, and bottles are available from the 10,000 yen range. It is about 35,000 yen per person for food + wine.
View on GoogleIt was a wonderful cuisine that felt the breath of the Ishikawa group. Japanese elements were accurately incorporated, not heavy, and I felt like French that could be eaten every day. The place where they bring big ingredients at the beginning is not French, but like Appia. Although it is Shibuya, Nanpeidai, the customers are calm, and the sound of water outside the shop calmed my heart, it was a comfortable space. ・ Dish names are vague. + Squid and fruit salad + Matsutake mushroom and Ozaki beef croquette + Maitake mushroom potage + Spiny lobster, Belgian caviar, okra + Abalone + Red sea bream poêlé meunière style + Unshu mandarin cold capellini + Quail poêlé stuffed with porcini Madeira sauce + Lobster and scallop saffron rice + Ramen with turtle broth + Almond tofu, Mont Blanc + Coffee October 2018 visit.
View on GoogleThe pairing is wonderful. An extraordinary space that renovated a mansion. When you enter the entrance that raises expectations, Giacometti, Dali, and Picasso welcome you. The ingredients are luxurious, the cuisine is rich to the eyes and tongue. I asked for wine pairing. Starting with a sudden Comte de Champagne, various white wines including sake, Asatsuyu, Meursault. Saint-Émilion for meat dishes. Marc from DRC for dessert. You can feel the leeway of the Ishikawa group in the rich flow of time. I was very satisfied. (2019.2)
