Very bad service. I went in on February 16, spoke to the Japanese staff in Japanese and for some strange reason he handed me over to an Indian guy who was very harsh in his tone and conversation. I didn’t even stay 2 minutes.

Rakuten Shibuya is amazing. It isn’t crowded here, the air conditioning is great and Fuka san, a staff member there, helped me quickly and effectively whilst speaking really fluent English which other mobil providers in Tokyo before had struggled to do. Friendly and awesome service, got my sim all set up Highly recommended^-^
