The most comfortable place to eat ramen I've ever been in Japan. I was 3 times in Japan and 4 times in this restaurant, 4th time with my brother and he liked the meals so much too. The hostess of this spot so nice to talk. The restaurant has its own homey atmosphere and it's own vibe. Meals 10/10, service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10. Looking forward to visit this place again as soon as possible.
View on GoogleI came for dinner, good tonkotsu ramen less than 1000¥ and the gyoza were delicious. Btw some customer were doing karaoke hahah, first time I see a ramen shop doing karaoke!! it was a very nice and fun place with a good vibe. The staff is very kind too.

View on GoogleI visited ラーメン・つけ麺 桜ん坊. It's within a 10-minute walk of Shibuya Station, making it easy to drop in. From the name, I thought it focused on ramen and tsukemen, but it actually had various other dishes too, with a broad lineup overall, like a set-meal restaurant. The interior feels a little like a snack bar, and apparently you can enjoy karaoke too. I had tsukemen this time, and rather than being flashy, it tasted like carefully made home cooking, a somehow comforting bowl.
View on GoogleI visited at lunchtime. It was relatively quiet that day, so I could enjoy a leisurely meal. Although it's a ramen shop, I deliberately ordered the daily set meal this time. The main dish was fried shrimp, and I was surprised by how slender the shrimp were, but the coating was fried crisp and wasn't bad. The side dishes and vegetable accompaniments were carefully prepared, with mild flavors overall that gave it a home-cooked feel. The interior is calm and comfortable. It has the reassuring feel of a set-meal restaurant more than a ramen shop. The owner seemed to struggle a little with communicating with foreign customers, but responded sincerely, and I appreciated that attitude. Considering the food and atmosphere, it's a simple, thoughtful place, though not flashy. I think it's worth going for the daily set meals as well as the ramen. Recommended for anyone wanting a quiet lunch.
