My husband and I visited Japan for two weeks and this is absolutely the best thing we ate on our entire trip. The broth was so rich and flavorful and the noodles were perfect. The chef was so hardworking and managing the shop himself while serving multiple guests in very good time. I will think about this ramen for the rest of my life, I hope to return one day!

This is the creamiest, juiciest and sizzling hot ramen that ive ever tasted! Forget about the mainstream and commercial ramens in tokyo! If given the chance that you’ve visited the area. Stop by here and order their ginger ramen! Service also is fast and helpful for foreigners that doesn’t understand their vendo machine!

Really cozy ramen place in Hatsudai area. There is huge selection of ramen with some seasonal dishes which are definitely worth trying. If it is your first time definitely try the Tsuke-men. Lastly, really good quality/quantity/price ratio. You will definitely go out from the shop with you belly full and satisfied.

【First visit】2026-02-04 (Wed) 12:30 I had 特製つけ麺 (flat noodles・soy sauce), with extra 海苔. The interior atmosphere and BGM bring to mind the early Heisei era. I think the つけ麺 took about 8〜10 minutes to arrive. A salty-and-delicious dipping broth. It coats the smooth, chewy flat noodles with plenty of flavor. I added 海苔 to boost the umami, but the flavor was strong enough even without it. Above all, there's a huge variety of noodles. They also have まぜそば, and it seems to become a ramen izakaya during evening service. The alcohol and snack menus were posted in an easy-to-see spot. (´・ω・`)

Neither ramen nor pasta. The star is the extra-thick チャーシュー cooked at a low temperature. Moist, with a springiness that seems to push back against your teeth. With every bite, the sweetness of the pork fat spreads like high-quality cured ham. • A carefully calculated duet of “sauce and oil” The special pork oil clinging to the noodles creates a sensual texture. The soy-sauce-based sauce brings out the pork's umami to the fullest. • The presence of carefully chosen “noodles” Thick noodles with a powerful wheat aroma that holds its own against the meat. Their hearty, chewy texture maintains an excellent balance with the generous meat. • Flavor-changing magicians, “ハラペーニョ” and “生胡椒” The spices on the table or available as toppings neatly cut through the pork fat. More than simply keeping things interesting until the end, they offer the pleasure of a different character with every bite. There's also a wide selection of snacks, and I spotted a few people enjoying evening drinks with them. I think this restaurant has other attractions beyond ramen.
