Petalo(ペタロ)渋谷ストリームバルPetalo Petaro Shibuya Sutoriimubaru
「Petalo」 is a cheerful Italian-style neighborhood tavern inspired by Italy’s bacaro and prosciutteria. Our biggest draw is, without a doubt, carefully selected cured ham and salami × Italian wine! We always stock more than 10 kinds of cured ham and salami, serving carefully selected, richly flavored offerings freshly sliced. We also offer an extensive menu for lunch and dinner, including fresh seafood delivered directly from 島根 and B-grade Italian gourmet dishes, prepared by a cook trained in Italy. Starting with house wine (red・white), our wide lineup includes lambrusco, craft beer, lemon sour, and highballs for everyone to enjoy…

A late night at work and hunger pangs brought me to this quiet and unassuming home to excellent ham and Italian flavor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of 生ハム or cured ham is excellent. I would hope have more variety on the menu since their flavors are notable with their current menu. Looking forward to a return when work doesn’t call me back to the office so quickly.
View on GoogleCute restaurant with great meet cuts. The spicy lamb was delicious. It's not spicy at all but very juicy. Pasta is also fresh and yummy. Great local beer. It is good music and a fun place to be in overall.
View on GoogleTried to find a place to eat at around 8pm but most restaurants were full and didn’t want to entertain us until we came about Petalo. Nested at the tail end of Shibuya stream, you wouldn’t come here for a full meal as they are largely a wine bar that serves mainly alcoholic drinks and tapas styled portions food. As there is no english menu and their menu when translated only gave us a brief glimpse on what there are. In the end we asked one of the staff to recommend a pasta, a finger food and 2 drinks for us. We had spaghetti bolognese which was very flavourful. Their truffle fries was thinly cut and maintained its crispness even after awhile. Their yuzu ginger ale doesn’t taste like off-the-shelf and was able to provide some warmth. Their peach Italian sour drink was also quite unique and had a nice tangy taste. They also provided a small bag of raspadura sliced cheese complimentary for you. It was a good complement to our truffle fries and bolognese. Price is also very affordable. I would’ve ordered more if there is an English menu. Overall, it was a good cosy place to chill, have drinks and very decent Italian food.
View on GoogleIt is quiet around 1700 during the week but maybe this is the best time to get there and enjoy the attentive service. Meat board, duck breast, and fried bread were a good start to the evening. Add on some craft beer from Italy and you have a fun evening in store. Enjoy
View on GoogleThe soup and bread were below average, unfortunately. However, the salad was hearty and delicious, topped with a generous amount of flavorful prosciutto.
