One of the best meals we’ve had in Japan. Extremely friendly proprietor who was happy to speak with us in English, plus a really cool old-school sort of vibe complete with neon, a basement entrance, and a ticket vending machine ordering system. Cash only and worth every yen. Ramen run about ¥1000.
View on GoogleWe stumbled upon this place by chance and what a great find! The food (ramen, gyoza and rice with vegetables) was delicious. The service was fantastic, and the gentleman who took our order was incredibly kind and polite. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleHidden gem This is a small basement gyoza and noodle restaurant in the Harajuku district. We found it a little bit challenging because you have to order your meals by purchasing tickets from a cash only vending machine, but the server was super friendly and helped me with my selections. We ended up ordering some "dry" ramen with succulent chicken in a fragrant sauce, a plate of vegetables, and 2 serves of gyoza - one pork and one pork and shiso (perilla) leaf!! It was amazing!! The prices were very reasonable - no wonder it's so popular!!
View on GoogleThis is one of the best meals ive ever had. It is a core memory meal. I will dream about the sesame ramen. The gyoza was perfect. You need cash. You put money in a machine and select what you want. A ticket will pop out and you will get your change.
View on GoogleDelicious garlic ramen with extra spice 🌶️ and yummy Gyoza!! Will be back! Cash only, as you order your food at the vending machine, restaurant in the basement.
