My Hamburger Watanabe
【1 minute on foot from 渋谷駅!】 “Hamburg eaten with chopsticks,” created by French culinary master chef 渡邊高志. This devoted creation is the result of extensive research by an accomplished chef who won the 外務大臣賞 in a French cooking competition. Astonishingly tender, its texture lets you break it apart with chopsticks without using a knife. With one bite, overflowing meat juices fill your mouth, creating an exquisite harmony. From classic offerings to distinctive variations, every dish in the luxurious, continually evolving lineup is outstanding. The chef’s special salads and homemade vegetable juice are also popular, offering the appeal of enjoying meat and vegetables in balance. When visiting 渋谷, please experience it for yourself. …

Well.. I was starving after 3 hours of getting my nails done lol So I searched for lunch near the nail salon and found this place. It was past prime lunchtime, so there were a few customers. Salads dressing and vegetable juice were also made in-house, and I liked them. I always choose the Japanese style hamburger and this one is good too. FYI: bathroom is clean as well which is great.
View on GoogleFood was amazing, staff was very friendly I dont know any japanese but they were very accomodating. The meat was fantastic, so juicy!
View on GoogleBest hamburger steak I've ever had and my wife as well bar none. Nothing even in America comes close. Cannot wait to go again. We had one hamburg normal, one with cheese, soup and rice
View on GooglePretty good hamburg Sauce wasn't too strong, flavor was just right Lemon sour was good as well Chef saw waitresses busy so he brought us water himself after they sat us down 180g is pretty big portion, got really full without needing rice Recommended!
View on GoogleI ended up going into this place by chance because the wait at another famous hamburger restaurant nearby was too long. The first impression was so good with the comfortable atmosphere and good music, and friendly crew. The Oreno hamburger (recommended menu item) I ate was very delicious because of the combination of cheese and hamburger, and the demiglace sauce was so delicious that I mixed it with rice and it was also delicious. Shibuya's hidden treasure. Be sure to stop by when you eat hamburger. However, it takes too long for the food to come out after ordering. And little bit expensive.
