Pleasantly surprised by this place. The burger and pizza were both tasty, better than I expected for fast food. The fries were good too — crispy and satisfying. It’s the kind of fast food we don’t have back home, so it felt like a nice change and definitely worth a try if you’re in Shibuya. Overall, a solid option for a quick and enjoyable meal.

A solid lunch stop in Shibuya. I tried the crispy chicken burger and it was exactly the kind of quick, satisfying meal I was looking for. Ordering was simple, the service moved fast, and it felt like good value overall. It was pretty busy for eating in, but that didn’t take much away from the experience.

Walked by this multiple times and decided to give it a shot one night after looking up reviews. I was not disappointed!! A nice experience but usually insanely packed, also because there's so many tourists, there's often a lot of garbage of food on the floor :( I got the honey garlic thigh burger, twice, once was a takeout, and it's so good! My favourite chicken burger I have ever had ever! I might go back for one more before I leave Japan soon :( There are 2 levels, the first floor is only for picking up food orders and 2nd is the seating area. Great views of the streets and wonderful for people watching, albeit quite loud inside. Edit 2 days later: Went back again but this time for takeout for their honey garlic burger and the white garlic thigh burger plus the honey garlic 2pc fried chicken and oh my gosh the fried chicken is REALLY good, it's too bad there's only 1 location. I might have to come back just one more time before I leave Japan as we don't have anything like this at this price point where I live :( Edit 6 days later: Went back for more takeout and realized after the last 2-3 times I went back that I don't know what they do but the buns do NOT get soggy, I have had it in the paper bag inside a plastic bag for hours then in the fridge and then take it out to microwave and not soggy, EXTREMELY impressed, it tastes really good even the day or 2 after. They also don't close "early" for takeout which is nice, got there ~3mins before closing (gomen ne~~) and could still order takeout.

I always love Mom’s Touch every time I travel to Seoul, and I am excited to see it in Tokyo. The chicken sandwich has the biggest piece of chicken I have seen in any Mom’s Touch. It’s so big. The 2 pieces of fried chicken taste great; crispy and juicy. Fries are not that good; soggy and bland. Maybe they have been made for a while. Chicken sticker with cheese is also a nice treat. Overall, a good spot to get a delicious quick bite. Will visit again.

It is a very good restaurant. I had a great time here. If you were to stop by i would recommend getting to try their chicken. The pizza was great and it also had their special chicken on it. I also ordered the fries which also very good. I highly recommend you to stop by for a snack or a meal.
