If you’re looking for authentic Japanese fluffy pancakes, this is the place to go. The ricotta pancakes were incredibly light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the seasonal summer mango pancakes, and they were amazing fresh, flavorful, and the perfect summer treat. Everything tasted incredibly high quality, from the ingredients to the presentation. The service was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try some of the best Japanese-style pancakes. I would definitely come back!

Second time and still amazing. WOW, we really like fluffy pancakes. So delicate and satisfying. Coconut and mango combo tasted fresh and authentic. Wife and daughter were delighted with their plain ricotta. Service was excellent and attentive. Wait was long and we got there early. Ambiance was nice but feels like a shift from three years ago when we came. Seems like it draws a lot of tourists now, and have crowded out locals, (sigh - gomen ne)

Arrived at 10:30am, half an hour before opening. We were the 2nd people waiting. At 11:00am they let us in. Lucky we were there early as it filled up quickly at 11:10am. Seems like the owners know how trendy fluffy pancakes are in Japan for tourists because the prices reflected the popularity. We paid 4800¥ total for both meals. The pancakes were very nice. Fluffy and light. The berry soda was nice also. My travel buddy was a little worried about her sausages being undercooked.

Lined up around 20 minutes before opening and were the second party in line! Sat very quickly right after they opened and ordered quickly on our phone so our pancakes came out in a reasonable amount of time. The pancakes were absolutely lovely, more ricotta-tasting than expected but still great. The iced matcha was fantastic too.

Totally Worth the Wait! We’d heard good things about this place, so we decided to check it out, and I’m really glad we did. The wait was pretty long, but honestly, the pancakes were totally worth it. They were so fluffy, soft, and seriously delicious. Exactly what we were hoping for—and our daughter was licking her plate 😄 They definitely made the wait worth it. We were already talking about coming back before we’d even finished! Pro tip: come early if you can. The line gets long, so getting there early can save you some waiting. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back. If you’re into Japanese soufflé pancakes, you should totally check this place out! 🥞❤️
