We had a very disappointing experience here. The pizza was clearly reheated and tasted awful, easily the worst pizza we’ve ever had. The spaghetti was undercooked, and the portion was ridiculously small. We also asked for some grated cheese for the pasta and were surprised to find that we were charged extra for it. The service made the experience even worse. It was our last day in Japan, so we wanted to use up the cash we had left (around 60% of the bill) and pay the remaining amount by card. They refused, creating an unnecessary argument over such a simple request. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay the balance with my phone, they said they only accepted the physical card. Their only suggestion was to go and withdraw more cash from an ATM, even though that usually means paying a much worse exchange rate for international visitors. Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had in Japan. Poor food, inflexible service, and an unnecessarily difficult payment process. We would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come back.

View on Google🛑 ⚠️ 😈 What I am about to tell you is not just a typical bad restaurant experience it is a full blown scandal involving blatant insults, unlawful restraint, and physical harassment. I had to go to this restaurant because a friend invited me. When I sat down at the table, they told me they were going to take my order. However, I explained that I had just eaten, so I wouldn't be ordering anything and would be stepping outside shortly. The response I received was extremely repulsive: "Then don't sit at the table, get out immediately!" Upon this disrespectful attitude, I got up from the table. My friend, who was eating at the time, was also deeply disturbed by the staff's ugly behavior and wanted to leave the restaurant with me. As I was getting up, I wanted to use the restroom, but they told me I couldn't do that either, stating that the restroom was "only for customers." They may have their own rules, which I can understand; however, the way they said it, their demeanor, and their tone were completely humiliating and inherently insulting. When I tried to explain the situation and communicate, no one wanted to listen or understand. To top it off, they threatened to call the police. Since I actually wanted the police to come anyway, I said, "Fine, we'll pay the bill and leave." Despite this, they told us they wouldn't let us leave and that we had to wait for the police. When I took a step forward, one of the staff members literally lunged at me and tried to snatch my phone out of my hand; naturally, they failed. Another staff member held the door shut just to prevent us from leaving while waiting for the police outside. Finally, the police arrived. When I explained the situation to them, the officers told my friend and me that we could simply pay for what had been consumed and leave. So, we paid only for the dish that was served to the table and walked out. Driven by ego and greed to make a few extra cents, this establishment ultimately lost far more The other customers inside, disturbed by the chaos and the presence of the police, left the restaurant. Potential customers outside who saw the police officers and the commotion gave up on entering and walked away. We left, never to set foot there again. The outcome was exactly as it should have been. They paid the price for their injustice by losing their immediate revenue, walk-in customers, and us. They were the most hostile, unqualified, and disrespectful staff I have ever seen in my life. I will never consider going there again. They absolutely do not deserve to run a business or serve people in a world-famous place like Shibuya. Do not make yourself sick with their food or the awful service their staff marinates in hatred, and under no circumstances should you ever step foot in this restaurant!
View on Google2 pizzas, 1 shitoki mushrooms, 1 black olives anchovy; a garden salad with house dressing. All the food was excellent. Salad was fresh, pizza was flavorful and the service was fast. A wonderful experience for a quick sit down and eat.
