Soba noodle shop

★ 4.1638 reviews

“If only I could enjoy delicious soba even late at night…” I had always thought that. “An ordinary soba shop would be boring. Somewhere you can eat a variety of dishes, enjoy drinks, and finish with soba.” That is the kind of soba restaurant we created. Soba made from carefully selected Hokkaido buckwheat flour ground in a stone mill pairs perfectly with our homemade dipping sauce, painstakingly prepared using freshly shaved honbushi. Enjoy the pleasant sensation of fragrant soba passing down your throat. We also offer à la carte dishes and courses featuring ingredients that reflect the four seasons. With plenty of private rooms, you can enjoy your meal at ease. Visit us for all kinds of occasions, from business entertaining and dates to a final bite after drinks.

Proper handmade soba in Ebisu. The noodles are 100 percent buckwheat, stone ground from Hokkaido flour, and the dipping sauce takes three days to make. The duck dishes are the ones people come back for, and the plain seiro at about 800 yen is honest pricing for this level of craft. A calm, wooden room. Thank you. Five stars.

The food is definitely great, and you can tell that a lot of care has been put into the dishes. I think the price is a little too high for this experience, but it was still a good place to eat out. I recommend the sashimi horse meat, and of course the soba.

Tasty soba served in a stylish and cozy environment. For price of 1200-1600yen you can get quality noodles (quantity also doesn’t disappoint) with tempura or pork slices. Staff are very friendly as well. Took a while until food came out but it didn’t bother us as the ambience was very cozy.

The soba was so delicious! The noodles had a nice chewy texture and tasted really fresh with the soy sauce on the side which you could mix with a bit of wasabi and spring onions. The tempura batter was light and crunchy. Also tried the chicken meat skewer which blended really well with the raw egg yolk dip!
