ベィーガン居酒屋真さかMasaka (Vegan Izakaya)
A vegan izakaya on the first basement floor of Shibuya PARCO. Karaage, gyoza, mapo tofu, and more, all made plant-based, yet satisfying even though they're plant-based. It's not meat, but it's genuinely tasty. An izakaya where vegans and non-vegans alike can sit around the same table. (Last order 21:00) A vegan izakaya located on the basement floor (B1) of Shibuya PARCO.

This was the first time I entered an izakaya and it was even better knowing that it was fully vegan! I did research about this spot well in advance but because of my packed schedule I arrived less than 30 minutes to closing. The staff asked if I’d be able to complete my order and meal all in half an hour and I said yes! I already knew the order: karaage with tartar, mapo tofu, gyoza and something to drink! Everything arrived in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious! The mapo tofu was sizzling (you can hear it!), the karaage was less exciting but still good nonetheless. Staff were friendly and I felt super happy that they let us in because the customers right after us were turned away. I got the feel of an izakaya and enjoyed my meal with a decent conversation with staff members as well. Also, the price is great!
View on GoogleWas little confused on how to get there. Just take the elevator to B1. Food was good! I came at 6:30 solo and was seated immediately. It was pretty full inside. You scan the QR code to order. I ordered a coke, the 6 piece gyoza, kara-age with lemon, mapo tofu with rice and cucumber with spring onion. I had a good portion leftover and asked for a box. Next time I would probably order a different kara-age it definitely would be better with one of the sauces. It was good nonetheless, especially with how hard it is to find all vegan. Everything was great but the gyoza was pretty plain. There was a tiny hair but that didn’t really bother me. Water and napkins are self serve. You go up to pay after. Total was 3,450! I gave 4 because of the hair and gyoza.
View on GoogleThe place is a small hole in the wall in the basement level (B1) level of Shibuya Parco. We went there for dinner on a Tuesday evening and we were seated quickly - not at a table because there weren’t any spots. However, shortly thereafter, a group finished their meal and we moved to their table. This is not a fancy restaurant and the comfort isn’t great. The menu is available through a QR code and orders are given online. The delivery is quick and efficient. The food was ok. Some dishes taste was good while others were very average. Among the things we ordered, nothing was really bad. Personally, I really liked the vegetable spring rolls. Overall a decent option. Nothing great but certainly not bad.
View on GoogleMy brother recommended this restaurant to me after trying it by himself. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which is something that really made the experience even better. Everything we ordered was amazing. We ordered the mapo tofu, the karaage, the fried mushrooms, the gyoza and cashew icecream. I highly recommend getting the rice/soup set if you’re hungry. After the first bite, I knew I would be coming back. If I had to choose just one dish to recommend above all, it would be the mushrooms. My brother’s favourite is the karaage. I’m not a huge fan of the interior style but I don’t mind it, considering how good the food and service is.
View on GoogleMight just be my favorite vegan spot in Tokyo! Located at the B1 floor of the PARKO Mall- this small fully vegan restaurant offer Izakaya style dishes where you order using your phone once you’ve seated and have the dishes brought out to you. I would eat everything again , the Karaage, Shumai, Salad, Bamboo shoots and ice cream. With a self service free water station, rhey also offer juices and alcoholic drinks. For two dishes, dessert and wine- my total was less than ¥3000! Ive come back to try different Karaage as well. Sometimes there is a small wait but well worth it and everyone who works there is so lovely and the food is served very quickly. Vegan or not, you should give this place a try!!!
