横浜家系ラーメン 町田商店 初台店Machidashoten Hatsudai
町田商店 Hatsudai is a Yokohama iekei ramen specialty shop known for its rich, creamy tonkotsu shoyu soup. It's a 1-minute walk from the south exit of "Hatsudai Station" on the Keio Line and close to the New National Theatre, so you can drop by not only for lunch and dinner but also for a meal after work. The soup, made with a generous amount of pork bones and painstakingly prepared to draw out its umami, features a velvety texture and a flavor that's rich yet has little odor. It pairs well with the medium-thick noodles made in our own factory, and you can choose from "Tonkotsu Shoyu" or "Tonkotsu Shio." The richness of the flavor, amount of oil, and firmness of the noodles can be adjusted to your liking. Aiming for a bowl that makes you say "That was delicious!" and "I'll come again," every day, iekei…

The salt version is so well balanced and rich without being overly salty. I chose normal fat and flavor depth but was still able to drink the whole broth (it’s that delicious) without feeling sick unlike most other ramen places. It’s a chain so you’ll find the same taste anywhere but worth going if you’re in the area. The service was also very friendly as far as ramen goes.
View on GoogleThe place is ran by the younger generation, which is a very welcome change, every industry needs fresh vibes. The interior is clean, you order at the machine and then the waiter lady asked a few dish specific questions. The gyoza was top, sort and crunchy. Good sauce variations. The service was quick, staff is very nice. The ramen broth maybe needs less salt and more depth. All the best for them.
View on Google#Ramen #Hatsudai [Energetic Yokohama-style Ramen] This time, I had the special, extra-rich ramen with extra topping of Moyakabe and a complimentary rice. The Moyakabe was surprising with big serving for just 150 yen, loaded with plenty of vegetables and toppings to enhance the rich flavor of the Yokohama-style ramen. It was so delicious, and I'll definitely come back again! 😇🍜
View on GoogleThe best ramen I ate in Japan! I ordered the salt ramen and it was the best balance of creamy and tasty. The gyoza was so tasty as well, so glad we found that place! The staff were so nice and welcoming.
